2015 Halloween Nailies

Hi Lovelies,

Happy Halloween!!! I know it has been a long time since I have blogged anything and I apologize for that. I have just been really busy with other responsibilities in life. How is everyone doing since my last post? I hope you all have been enjoying 2015 and making the best of it. Since today is Halloween, what do you all have planned to celebrate this holiday? What costume will you dress up in for your festivities? I do not have a Halloween costume this year, so I will be dressed as myself which is my best costume yet :D To celebrate, I am planning on going to see "The Legend of Sleepy Hallow", which is a Halloween stage performance. I remember reading this tale in grade school, so I am excited to be introduced to this story again.

Today, I want to share my Halloween inspired nail designs with everyone because I am quite proud of them. What do you all think of my Halloween nails? I am still new to nail stamping, so there is much room for improvement. For those of you who are experienced nail stampers, please feel free to comment below on any suggestions you would like to share on nail stamping. On the other hand, if you are like me and am new to nail stamping, then we can learn and grow together!

Have a great day and weekend!

Mika

Happy 2015!!!

Hi Everybody!

Happy 2015!!! I'm sorry that I have been MIA from the blogging world for a while, but I am back! My life is still busy as usual with work, work, and more work. That's the way I like it. :D

I have recently gotten into a new hobby lately, which is to stamp designs on my nails rather than paint them on freely. Who does nail stamping in the blogging community? I have recently started stamping my nails, so I am totally a newbie. Even so, I think my nails look pretty good for being a beginner at nail stamping. I hope with more practice that I will get better. Pictures of my current nail stamping adventures are posted below. Any advice you can offer to me is much appreciated!

Thanks!

Mika

"Edgy Nails": This is my first time stamping my own nails. I love the black nails and white nails contrast each other!

"Floral Nails": These are my mom's nails that I stamped for her. She wanted something with pops of color on them, so I stamped a floral and swirls mixture on her.

Happy Fall 2014!!!

Hey everybody,

How is everyone? Happy First day of Fall 2014!

Fall is my favorite season since the temperature is not too hot or cold and the tree leaves change all sorts of colors. A walk in the park while it's raining beautiful, crunchy leaves and breathing in the cool air as a breeze slightly blow past you is the most refreshing and calming experience! Not to mention, it's sweater weather time where all the fashionistas get to bring out their comfy big sweaters, stylish scarves, and sexy boots! Does anyone else have anything to add to why they like the Fall season?

In true Mika tradition, I painted my nails in a settle Fall color that I think makes my hands look mature and elegant. This nail color will look good with any Fall outfit. I also added a statement nail to both my hands to add to the shine that is already there and make it really sparkle! What do you think?
