Happy Fall 2014!!!

Hey everybody,

How is everyone? Happy First day of Fall 2014!

Fall is my favorite season since the temperature is not too hot or cold and the tree leaves change all sorts of colors. A walk in the park while it's raining beautiful, crunchy leaves and breathing in the cool air as a breeze slightly blow past you is the most refreshing and calming experience! Not to mention, it's sweater weather time where all the fashionistas get to bring out their comfy big sweaters, stylish scarves, and sexy boots! Does anyone else have anything to add to why they like the Fall season?

In true Mika tradition, I painted my nails in a settle Fall color that I think makes my hands look mature and elegant. This nail color will look good with any Fall outfit. I also added a statement nail to both my hands to add to the shine that is already there and make it really sparkle! What do you think?

I hope you all have been enjoying your summer! What has everyone been doing?  My summer has been good and adventurous. I spent most of my summer working and spending time with loved ones. I can't believe that we are already in August. This season flew by in a blink of an eye; I will miss it. So before it's over, I painted my and my mom's nails to commemorate Summer's juicy "watermelons" and cute "ladybugs". I did my best and am working to improve my nail art. 2014 Easter Inspiration

Hi Everyone!

Get your eggs and dye ready; Easter is coming up this weekend! Growing up, my family celebrated Easter by dying our eggs different colors of the rainbow. I remember I used to enjoy that activity so much; maybe I should do it again this year. How do you all celebrate Easter?

Speaking of Easter, I designed and painted my nails dedicated to 2014 Easter. I made each nail look like an Easter egg with cute and colorful patterns that you would see on decorated Easter eggs. Overall, I think I am improving on painting/designing my nails. I am still a beginner when it comes to painting my nails, but I am happy of how my Easter-themed nails turned out. What do you all think of my nails?

To celebrate the change in season, I painted my nails in a Spring theme.

Do any of you have any advice on how I may prevent this from happening in the future? If so, please share it with me in the comments below; thank you for your advice.

This time I didn't design my nail design but followed the instructions shared by Bubzbeauty. She is a very talented and inspiring makeup guru on YouTube; thank you for all that you do for your followers, Bubz! Here is a link to her tutorial: Perfect Spring Nails Tutorial by Bubzbeauty; check it out!
