MERRY X-MAS!!!

"What sparks your life?"

I hope that everyone today had a great Christmas "2007"!!! I know I did, though I did not have a special feast or anything spectacular like that. All that mattered to me was spending some quality time with my beloved family. My family and I went to Chinatown and shared a great lunch together eating Viet noodles!!!(the noodles tasted fabulous!) While eating, there was countless chatter and laughter that made it worth it to drive 30 minutes to the noodle place. To me, that is what Christmas is all about; it isn't about the presents or getting everything a person wants... It is about spending quality time with loved ones such as family and friends and having the happiest time of an individual's life as if there is no tomorrow. Merry Christmas to everyone in the world!!! Here is what I learned about life, it may sound a bit naive, but this is what I truly believe...

• Family should always be treasured because they were always there for you through thick and thin.
• Friends that joins your path to an unknown future and sticks with you to the ends of the earth are true friends.
• Time is valuable, so an individual should make the best of what life throws at us with no regrets!
  
• Laughter is an emotion that speaks for itself and it shines brighter/louder than all of Thomas Edison's light bulb put together.
• Hope keeps our striving spirits alive, which enable a person from not giving up and losing to themselves.
  
• Happiness is the purpose of living, it is the heaven that motivates everyone to make the best of life.
  
• Sadness is necessary to make a person stronger within to face all obstacles of life.
• Confusion makes people think about life and forces them to use their ability to think the best path to take.
• Beliefs set the standard of how to live life; it defines who we are.
• Vision is given to all the living creatures so we could see what a beautiful world we live in.
• Hearing breaks the silence, enabling us to listen to the different sounds that make up the world. (there is more, but I just cannot think of it at the top of my head.
• Touching enables every living creature to know what the world feels life.
  
• Tasting gives everyone the ability to taste all the goodies in the world.
  

To everyone that is reading this, though I know that is not much at all... what do you think? What is your definition of the perfect Christmas? What important lesson did everyone learn about their own life? the different aspects? Basically, what is everyone's list of their values and virtues of life? Thank you to all and Goodnight!!!
